| 1923 | Hirokichi Aizawa founded the Company in Kawaguchi, Saitama |

| 1981 | The production of the hydraulic pressbrake was started. |
| 1984 | Automatic hi-speed shearing machine, model MPS was developed. |
| 1986 | Full automatic shearing system was developed. |
| 1988 | A new shop was built for the production of punches and dies. |
